What you'll do

• Own core platform systems end to end: the agent runtime, billing, deploys, the storefront fleet.
• Scale infrastructure that runs tens of thousands of live businesses, each with real customers and real revenue.
• Work directly with the founders. No layers between you and the decisions.

You might be a fit if

• You have deep expertise in a business function you've worked in before, like finance, marketing, sales, growth, or product, and you can build.
• Or you're a deep infrastructure engineer who wants their work to reach real businesses the same day it ships.
• Data or ML experience is a plus.

What you'll do

• Embed with one enterprise customer and own the outcome, from the first audit to a working AI employee.
• Build their company brain: connect the tools, model the workflows, train the agent on their best people.
• Work on-site. You're the face of MadeThis inside their walls.

You might be a fit if

• You're a strong generalist engineer who likes shipping inside someone else's world.
• You can sit with a CEO in the morning and debug a pipeline in the afternoon.
• You want ownership of a customer, not a queue of tickets.

What you'll do

• Own evals, agent architectures, and model strategy end to end.
• Run the loop from research experiments to production systems.
• Build the research function. You're its first member and its leader.
• Set the technical direction toward fully self-driving businesses.

You might be a fit if

• You have deep hands-on experience with LLM agents, evals, or applied ML research.
• You measure your work by what ships, not what publishes.
• You're comfortable being the entire research org on day one.

What you'll do

• Source, run, and close the enterprise pipeline.
• Define pricing, positioning, and the sales motion with the founders.
• Write the playbook every rep after you will run.

You might be a fit if

• You've closed six-figure-plus deals, ideally as an early or first sales hire.
• You're technical enough to demo an AI product credibly on your own.
• You'd rather build the machine than inherit one.
